National Women’s Health Week

National Women's Health Week (NWHW), May 12–18, 2013, is an annual observance to encourage women to make their health a priority and take simple steps for a safer and healthier life. During NWHW, women are encouraged to take the following steps to improve their physical and mental health and lower their risks of certain diseases:
