Spread the Word about Community Commons

Help us spread the word about Community Commons by adding one of its buttons to your Web site. Community Commons is an interactive mapping, networking, and learning portal supporting community health, including tobacco and obesity prevention.

Visit the Community Commons social buttons page to copy and paste HTML code for a social button you’d like to add on your website. The code requests the correct image file and provides a link to the Community Commons homepage.

After you have a social button on your website, be sure to register on the site to access some of its useful features. For example, you can create your own customized map with different data sets or join a group on the site to share information about safe routes to school or workplace wellness.
