Adults need two hours and 30 minutes of physical activity each week. That may sound like a lot, but the good news is you don’t have to do it all at once. According to CDC, you can spread your physical activity out during the week or break it up into smaller periods of time during the day — just make sure to get at least 10 minutes of physical activity at one time.

How can you get the recommended amount of physical activity each week? Go for a brisk, 10-minute walk, 3 times a day, 5 days a week — that’s it!
